I have always had memory problems since I was a child. No help from anyone going through school. I just fell through the cracks. I am now 59 years old, and I kept this secret and moved through the motions of life, fooling everyone. I learned to speak correctly, however, I am quiet, and avoid conversations of things I should know as an adult, but don’t, and feel so inadequate. I can’t remember short or long term memories. Seems to get worse as I get older, and go through this aging life. Is there any music exercise/instruction, or anything out there that would help me reach a long desired goal, of a good, sound mind? PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN. I don’t have a lot of finances, but any information you can share that would be easy to utilize would certainly be of help that I don’t have now.
