Lisa Baird is a Managing Director with Russell Reynolds Associates, the global executive search firm. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lisa was with another leading executive search firm, where she was a Senior Director.
Prior to her career in executive search, Lisa spent more than 15 years working in financial services. She was Director of Research at Greenwich Associates, a Senior Analyst at Cerulli Associates, and Vice President of Strategic Marketing with Fidelity Investments. Lisa began her career as an investment banking analyst with Goldman Sachs and served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company.
Lisa received her A.B. in public policy with a concentration in economics from Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Lisa is the mother of two wonderful children, Justine and Alexander. Her son, Alexander, loves fast cars, all sports, but especially basketball and skiing, playing video games, and hanging out with his friends. He also has cerebral palsy.



Most treatments for cerebral palsy (CP) are initially directed toward children. What is not clearly established is the long- term effects of such treatments.
